Saray Ramirez graduated in Environmental Biology with a Master’s degree in Aquaculture and a pre-doctoral degree in Sustainability. Within CREDA, she is mainly responsible for projects related to the maritime-fishing field, participating in projects related to the use of plastics and its presence in the Mediterranean, food losses and waste in the fishing sector, revaluation of fishery products and Blue Economy in Catalonia.
