Omar Guadarrama Fuentes holds a PhD in Sustainability from the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya. His research interests have focused on agri-food sustainability, certification schemes linked to quality and origin and gastronomic culture. He has recently incorporated the research line on agri-food marketing chains.
