I am an industrial engineer with experience in supply chain management and the food industry, specializing in the production and distribution of vegetable oils. I am currently studying the Master’s degree in Facilitating Technologies for the Food and Bioprocess Industry at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. At CREDA, I hope to contribute to the analysis of agri-food systems with a focus on sustainability, operational efficiency and food safety. My interests include process optimization, sustainable development and technological innovation in the agri-food sector. My professional experience and skills in planning, logistics and continuous improvement allow me to approach projects from a technical and strategic perspective.
