Filippo Baldaro holds a Master’s degree with honors in Economics from the University of Bologna (Italy) and a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and Intervention from the University of Barcelona (Spain). He has extensive international experience as a project manager, researcher and technical consultant in Economics, Demand Management and Sustainability in the water sector. He has participated in several projects funded by European I D I programs, including FP7, H2020, LIFE, FEDER RIS3CAT, Edge Copernicus. He joined CREDA as head of the project office and PhD candidate. His current research interests include the link between business innovation and sustainability in the agri-food sector, the economic evaluation of technologies, strategies and policies to promote their competitiveness and sustainability, market analysis of sustainable agri-food products and services.
