PhD Candidate
Adzran earned his Bachelor of Science with Honours in Genetics and his Master of Science in Environment and Development from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi. He joined CREDA as a pre-doctoral researcher in January 2023. His current doctoral research focuses on understanding consumer preferences and acceptance of innovative sustainable food products in Spain. His research covers a wide range of topics, including consumer behaviour, quantitative social analysis, and sustainable food product research. He has made significant contributions to several high-impact scientific publications, including Sustainable Production and Consumption, The Pharmacogenomic Journal, BMC Genes & Nutrition, and the Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture.
