The SPRINT project aims to propose innovative interventions that help mitigate bad practices in order to reduce food waste in hotel restaurants, supermarkets and homes. To achieve this, the team that makes up SPRINT will carry out several phases: identification of the problem, development of tools, deployment of the intervention, evaluation of impacts, and dissemination of the results.
Tianyu Zhan Jin, PhD student at CREDA, participated in the project’s corporate video to explain the role of the Catalan research centre in this initiative.
