The FOODGUARD project aims to analyze and utilize the microbiome to reduce food loss and waste. To achieve this, the FOODGUARD team will develop solutions that can support microbiome-based innovations and advancements. The tools created will be applied, along with digital technologies, throughout the entire value chain.
