General information of the electronic headquarters or creda.es website

creda.es (https://www.creda.es) is a domain of the Fundació Centre de Recerca en Economia i Desenvolupament Agroalimentari (CREDA-UPC-IRTA) with NIF no. G64068463 and address at Carrer Esteve Terradas 8, Castelldefels (Barcelona) CP-08860, tel. 93 552 11 24 and address creda@creda.es.

CREDA is a private foundation created by the UPC and IRTA in 2005, regulated by Law 4/2009 of April 15 of the Parliament (BOE of April 23, 2009) whose purpose is to join efforts and to strengthen the capacities of R+D and studies in the field of the agri-food economy in Catalonia and to make these capacities available to the government, the different administrations and the sector. CREDA carries out its activity directly.

Through the creda.es domain, the company manages its web portal, regardless of the fact that occasionally or permanently there may be other electronic addresses that also allow access to the content and services provided through the creda.es website.

Access Users

Access and/or use of the CREDA portals confers user status and implies acceptance of the conditions of access and use contained in this legal notice, as well as the privacy and personal data policy. The aforementioned conditions will apply regardless of the general conditions of contracting and electronic commerce that, in their case, apply to the functionalities offered by the portal. The user undertakes to use the services and information provided on the creda.es portal in good faith. Initial access to the portal is free.

CREDA owns the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights of the creda.es portal, which includes the content and graphic elements, its source code, design, navigation structure, databases and other elements that form part of the website . Therefore, it is up to CREDA to exercise, exclusively, the rights of exploitation in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation. Reservation of rights: CREDA makes explicit a general reservation of rights with respect to all the contents published on the website that are the subject of intellectual and industrial property. In accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law, CREDA expressly opposes the use of the content of the portal in any format, with the purpose of making reviews or magazines of press, audiovisual productions or any other commercial purpose, without your prior express authorization.

This legal notice does not imply any assignment of rights in favour of the user in relation to any of the integral elements of the website or its contents.

It is not allowed under any circumstances:

CREDA, as responsible for the website, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter , “RGPD”), and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (LSSICE), informs you that it has implemented the necessary security measures, of a technical nature and organizational, to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.

The navigation system and the software necessary for the operation of this website collect, in a standard way, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. CREDA will prosecute the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its websites by exercising all the civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.

Contact form and other interactive features

The creda.es portal may have sections of a participatory nature (contact form), meaning as such those that are accessible to all users in general. In certain cases, the personal data to be transferred to CREDA are established.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between CREDA and users will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
