Year after year, we carry out the analysis and quantification of food losses and waste in various sectors. The analyses we have carried out since 2019 are:

  • Food loss and waste prevention (FWP): technological monitoring.
  • Diagnosis of food loss and waste in the fruit sector (peach-nectarine and pear-apple FWP): quantification, environmental and economic impact.
  • Food loss and waste prevention in the citrus, peach-nectarine and artichoke sectors: technological monitoring.
  • Prevention of food losses and waste in the citrus and fresh fruit sector: technological monitoring.
  • Diagnosis of food losses and waste in the citrus sector: quantification, environmental and economic impact.
  • Diagnosis of food losses and waste in the vegetable garden and fishing sector: quantification, environmental and economic impact.
  • Diagnosis of food losses and waste in the dairy, hake and pork sectors: quantification, environmental and economic impact.
  • Bread waste.
  • Diagnosis of food waste in Catalan households.
