The Departament d’Acció Climàtica of Catalonia’s Government commissioned to re-analyze what are the consumption and food purchasing habits of the inhabitants of the metropolitan area of Barcelona. This study also analyzes the costs of food production and other economic indicators that affect Catalan farmers and producers.
