The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism has commissioned CREDA to carry out the study of the peach and nectarine value chain. These studies, which also analyze prices, are divided into specific working groups to update the work done years ago. Even so, the study has an added complexity, since both peaches and nectarines, have different value chains, depending on the level of planning and integration of production and marketing at the origin.
